Asanoperations engineeryouwillworkin a smallcapableplatform operations teamwithspecialists,whoareresponsiblefortheday-to-dayoperationofourB2B FXandinternationalpaymentsplatform.

Undertheguidanceofexperiencedseniors,youwillgettoknowourdynamicbusinessandourmoderntechnologyplatformandyouwillsoonbecomeanimportant pivot inourFinTechorganization.

Ourcustomersareinternationallytradingcompanies. Thepaymentsandtransactionstheymake onourplatform arecrucialtothem. An importanttaskoftheplatform operations teamandthereforealsoforyou, istoensurethat, evenifsomethinggoeswrong,thecustomerexperiencedoesnotsuffer.Youwillmonitortheplatformdailyandmakeand/ orproposecontinuousimprovementsandworktogetherwiththeservices team,theBusinessAnalysts,theProductOwnerandthedevelopment team.

Dailytasks

• Analyzingandinterpretinglogs

• Testingback-endfunctionalitiesoftheFranxplatform

• E2ETroubleshooting: follow customerjourneyuntilyouhave analysiswherethereisanissuecausingthecustomertoexperiencepayment/ FXtradeissue.

• Theneithersolvetheissueyourselfor transferittooneofthesolutiongroups

• ProposeandimplementcontinuousimprovementsA unique opportunity to learn to bridge the gap between business and IT in a growing FinTech.
