File permits for HVAC jobs being done
Order Equipment
Register HVAC equipment
Enter Equipment into system
Invoicing
Also responsible for various administrative duties where needed. (Teamwork)
Must have good customer service skills , be able to multi-task, problem solve and work well under pressure!
General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word a must.
Regular hours 8AM - 5PM (Some overtime may be required).
