We are currently seeking a Service Advisor with experience to work at our shop located at 3805 Market St. Wilmington NC. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Setting appointments for vehicle service (we will train)
- Making estimates for vehicle service (we will train)
-Make assignments of customer's vehicles to technician (we will train)
- Examine digital inspection reports that are generated from our technicians (we will train)
- Write all estimates and look up parts (we will train)
- Forward all reports to customers and call them to discuss what their vehicles may need (we will train)
- Receive all parts and account for them in each ticket.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid clean driver’s license
- Must have some experience with service writing
- Must be willing to work 8 to 12 on Saturdays
