Co-create and maintain with Agile Office leadership the Agile Transformation Scrum board and reporting (inclusive of key performance management indicators (KPIs), team satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness of agile onboarding); identify and apply course corrective actions to optimize
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile Office Sprints to meet the ME Agile Transformation goals
Serve as a critical team member in applying Agile mindsets, methodologies, planning, execution and optimization
Monitor Agile Teams health and effectiveness; develop signal sensing to ensure pods are optimally stacked and Teams can access dedicated, shared and ME flex resources as needed.
Participate in forecasting our future needs of shared and flex resources across all Agile Teams for future Sprints (Scrum of Scrums)
Lead Agile vendor onboarding, liaise with Vendor management to ensure budgets align with SOWs, burn rates are in alignment with plan, and vendors and coaches have access to Deloitte
Execute communications, change management, and reporting requirements as Teams move to Agile Velocity and Optimization and work with colleagues across Organizational Change Management, Internal Comms, Technology COE, Operations, and vendors to define and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules
Recommend minimum viable products (MVPs) for addressing needs, issues, challenges so that through testing and learning we apply insights to iterate on work to achieve maximum value for our stakeholders
Apply growing Agile expertise and project management processes, workflows, and terminology to make recommendations on leading, innovating, or rearchitecting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Agile Team activities
Demonstrate and model Team behaviors that enable the greatest degree of psychological safety
Qualifications: Required:
3+ years relevant experience
Preferred: experience in marketing operations; Agile certification or experience in Agile preferred
Experience in project management software tools, with a preference for Workfront experience
Understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign management and marketing process management
Client-service mindset, with demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships (up, down and across) in a highly matrixed organization
Proven ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable with and thrives in working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
Availability for limited travel, as needed
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400-$165000.
