Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager in Wilmington, Delaware. This position is in the pharmaceutical industry and will involve working closely with in-house legal teams and stakeholders. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and expertise in contract management and customer service.Responsibilities: Analyze and document the current state of Agreement Templates, including their types, terms, and intended uses. Review and analyze global policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting any required terms as per these policies or SOPs. Organize and structure information for ease of readability and decision making by the client stakeholder team. Assist in drafting simplistic, standardized Templates for global use based on guidance and standard risk positions provided by the client. Document agreed-upon additional provisions which may be required based on risk or type of service and fallback provisions. Assist in drafting additional and fallback provisions and potential drafting guidance, notes, or playbook. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract management. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer inquiries efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in the use of 3M software Familiarity with Costpoint software Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations Proficiency in using Deltek software Experience with About Time software Understanding of compliance regulations and standards in contract management Background in construction, preferably in a contract management role Exceptional customer service skills Experience in preparing and maintaining contract documentation Proven experience in managing contracts, preferably in a similar industry.
