As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations within our organization. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating equipment rentals, and providing administrative support to our Customer Service Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, ensuring effective resolution.
Manage cases in our CRM system, assigning them for prompt resolution.
Address FAQs and offer resources to customers as required.
Maintain accurate customer contact and ownership details.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process invoices, billing, and payments accurately and promptly.
Collaborate internally to streamline issue resolution.
Establish and nurture relationships with service providers.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager.
Coordinate equipment rentals, including contracts, invoicing, and logistics.
Ensure rental fleet maintenance and repairs in collaboration with supervisors.
Verify insurance coverage for rental equipment.
Facilitate loaner machines when necessary in collaboration with Sales and Service.
Coordinate field repairs as needed with Dispatch.
Greet service customers, document intake, and set expectations.
Generate service estimates based on customer needs and technician assessments.
Communicate with technicians and parts department for accurate quotes.
Keep customers informed about their machine status during service.
Experiences with a CRM tool required
Requirements
Proven ability to collaborate with others is essential, as well as exceptional project management and problem-solving knowledge
Advanced skills in business writing, including the use of email correspondence
Great computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including strong listening capabilities
Ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience
