Job Description:Technicians will be working with a helper to install commercial fire alarm cable, pull stations, strobes and horns in commercial construction sites. This person will have the sites laid out by the superintendent, then be responsible for installing the site to code and spec. This person will be responsible for doing daily updates on progress, being aware of missing materials and escalating it, working with the field superintendent to ensure they have enough materials, working with the customer and other vendors as needed and dealing with installation issues. Must be able to interface with customers, stay ahead of project deadlines, be able to find issues before they arise, deal with conflict in a professional manner, understand how work well with others.
Must have OSHA 10 and Lift Certifications, or be willing to obtain them within 30 days of employment.
