Job DescriptionA Field Services Engineer is responsible for ensuring audio/visual systems are functioning as designed at project turnover and for the duration of the system being in commission. They interface internally with Project Managers, Engineers, and Management and externally with clients including end users, technology managers, executives, general contractors, and other trades. The Field Services Engineer is a self-starter who can manage several projects concurrently and see issues through to resolution with minimal supervision or support.Skills and Requirements-Minimum of 5 years of industry experience-AVIXA CTS-I preferred-Strong attention to detail and process-Strong communication skills-Experience with Crestron/Extron/AMX/Cisco/Poly-Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms-Experience with DSP's such as Biamp/QSC/Shure nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
