We’re on a sweet little farm near Lane Community College where we live in community with a few developmentally disabled adults. We’re ready to hire another staff person. There is some flexibility as to hours. What hours work best for you?
Hourly pay is $16 to start and goes to $17/hour after the 90 day trial period.
Or you can come and stay for a 24-hour or 48-hour shift each week. Pay for each 24-hour shift is $280. So you can earn $2426 in an average month by working only a 48-hour shift each week.
