Key responsibilities include: Responsible for analytics related to investment decisioining & acquisition optimization (Offers, Pricing, Channel) for specific partner card product. Perform new account forecasting for quarterly investment process, root cause analysis on drivers of variance against budget - ability to drive to granular segments/strategies Drive forecasting automation and process improvements leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc. and reduce dependence on legacy methods Be an expert in your area to understand acquisitions trends and implications from diverse set of strategic initiatives and market place dynamics Perform deep dive customer profile and segmentation analysis to understand impact on performance with different offering strategies & help develop optimized premium & pricing strategies for maximizing business growth and financial profitability Interact regularly with business units, understand business goals and priorities & play the role of an effective partner to devise strategies with customer focused analysis & channel performances to realize growth opportunities Leverage segmentation techniques to develop strategies that can be leverage in various acquisitions channels to improve profitability / ROI Proactively bring ideas to the table for the larger acquisitions COE to drive efficiencies and targetingQualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics; 3+ years of related experience within marketing, finance or risk analysis; experience evaluating complex business problems, data analysis and devising recommendations - experience in forecasting techniques is preferred as well Proficiency writing code to query data using SAS and/or SQL, working knowledge of database environments to perform data analysis in Oracle and/or Unix and/or Teradata environment Skills in other languages such as R, Python is not a must but desired & knowledge of tools like Tableau, Alteryx will be preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Understanding of the key drivers within the credit card P&L is preferred Proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving Strong verbal and written communication skillChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
