We seek a highly collaborative, results-oriented Product Senior Associate to drive product vision and continuous improvement of the Ultimate Rewards experience on Chase.com, the Chase Mobile app, and the Loyalty Servicing Platform.You have experience with customer facing content and experiences. You have demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, product managers, designers, editors, and engineers to deliver delightful content and experiences. This position is perfect for someone who is motivated by identifying efficiencies and developing sustainable processes, is analytical and seeks data to prioritize and evaluate outcomes, and diplomatically influences in all directions to do the right thing.Job Responsibilities:

Manage product vision and strategy and discovery efforts to address customer and stakeholder needs.

Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and journeys to continuously refine and prioritize backlog.

Develop key relationships and manage communications with stakeholders.

Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver on Rewards strategy.

Gather and refine requirements to drive value in accordance with customer and business stakeholder priorities.

Partner with Tech, Design, and Analytics to visualize and prove out ideas.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience with content management and/or product management

Experience with agile product development techniques and practices

Structured thinker with ability to analyze opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively

Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management

Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to motivate cross-functional teams

Positive team-oriented attitude suitable to aligning established and new business practices
