Description As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Digital Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of Firms’ technical assets. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, legal, manufacturing, and executive leadership, to develop and implement security strategies. This position will own the architecture, engineering, and technology operations of Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, cloud security, Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture (MCRA), Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity, and data protection. You will guide a dynamic team in developing and implementing innovative cybersecurity strategies, leveraging advanced technologies and frameworks to safeguard our digital assets against evolving cyber threats.Theresponsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, thefollowing:Define the long-term vision for cybersecurity digital technology aligned tobusiness goals, risk tolerance, and industry trends.Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity digital technologystrategy, encompassing IAM, network security, cloud security, MCRA, OTcybersecurity, and data protection.Provide strategic guidance to address current and emerging cyber threatseffectively.Direct the cybersecurity architecture & engineering team in theimplementation and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions across variousdigital and manufacturing technologies.Collaborate with other departments to implement effective risk mitigationstrategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Oversee the allocation of resources (financial, human, and technological) tosupport cybersecurity initiatives.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to keepthe team at the forefront of cybersecurity technologies.Secure cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) by integrating securitymeasures into cloud architecture and services, following best practices andcompliance standards.Leverage the MCRA to design and implement cybersecurity solutions by enhancingthe organization’s cybersecurity capabilities and resilience across variousdigital platforms.Work with engineering teams to create and apply strategies that protectoperational technology systems and blend cybersecurity solutions seamlesslyinto the organization's OT infrastructure.Requirements Thefollowing is required for this role:Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Cybersecurity, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity and InformationTechnology, with at least 10 years in a senior technical leadership roleProficient in designing and implementing robust security architectures, whichencompass firewalls, encryption mechanisms, and access controls.Effectively communicates strategic plans, risks, and security protocols tovarious stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.Skillfully analyzes security incidents, risk assessments, and compliancereports, making well-informed decisions to enhance risk management and mitigatethreats.Thefollowing is preferred for this role:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CertifiedInformation Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional(CCSP), or other relevant certifications are preferredWhile working under pressure, must pay meticulous attention to securitypolicies, configurations, and audits.
