Hybrid Sr Payroll Specialist Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid 3 days onsite! Industry: Telecommunications Pay: $33-39/hr. – Paid weekly! A telecommunications company is looking to bring on an experienced payroll specialist to their team! Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday AND ADP Workforce now experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience processing payroll for U.S. AND Canada
Microsoft Excel experience
Pivot Tables, V-Lookups
Responsibilities Include:
Full cycle Payroll Processing
US Tax Registration
Managing Long term Incentive Plans
Understanding Payroll regulations Tax Resolutions Benefits and deductions
Processing Bi-Weekly Payroll for US and Canada
Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings
Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
Update general ledger and payroll files
Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)
