Senior Project Analytics Associate

If you can think strategically, implement with discipline, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various levels within the organization, you'd be a great fit for our team.As a Senior Project Analytics Associate in Point of Sales Strategy(POS), you will support POS Authentication with a focus on project delivery, system prioritization and stakeholder management ensuring that risks are mitigated. You will be responsible for collaboration with various functional areas (e.g. Product, Operations, Controls, etc.) to manage the teams initiatives. You will provide leadership oversight and direction for project delivery and will be responsible for communication and transparency for project level activities.Job responsibilities:

Work with business leadership to clearly define and prioritize project objectives, plan project deliverables, and oversee execution of the overall project plan

Establish strong working relationships with project work stream leads, business stakeholders, peers, subject matter experts and others

Prepare standard and ad hoc management reporting and presentations, and escalate issues and risks appropriately, driving to resolution

Provide a consistent delivery experience to our stakeholders and the senior leaders that we support.

Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations

Highlight issues and risks to the objectives, help derive solutions and drive remedies to completion

Focus on execution and enjoy taking ownership for the delivery of measurable results.

Multi task, simultaneously handling changing priorities, work independently in a fast paced environment, interact and communicate effectively, and quickly analyze information to develop insights and conclusions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years project management

Excellent organization and project management skills with strong time management and prioritization skills

Create project summaries highlighting key messaging, decisions needed and relevant issues

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, & relationship management

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels to drive initiatives forward

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Business analyst preferred with a 7 years or more of total work experience.
