Japanese Restaurant needs an Experienced Cook for very busy restaurant!
Full time lunch/dinner shift
30 plus hrs per week
Applicant Details:
Professional
Mature person
MUST:
* Have restaurant experience cooking in kitchen
* be able to work fast and steady.
* work well under pressure.
* have a knowledge of food preparation and sanitation.
* be able to use a knife properly and have good cutting skills.
* have reliable transportation
MUST BE NEAT AND CLEAN!
Applicants should have a desire to learn and grow with our business.
Please note: there is no room for creativity on your part. We will teach and train you how we want our kitchen to run and how food items must and should be prepared. You will not have to come up with recipes or other dishes. Everything is already planned out.
Must be teachable.
Job Description:
Cooking items as they are rang in by server. Dinner entrees and appetizers
Prep by cutting veggies
Will also help Sushi chef in preparation of some food items.
Opening and Closing side duties
Must be professional and attentive and have reliable transportation!
Must have reliable references.
