Must be hospitality driven where the guest experience is of the utmost importance. Looking for a stong leader who can maintain that type of culture throughout the restaurant.
P&L Knowledge a must, understanding how food costs works, not what a computer tells you after you enter information.
Working with budgets and proformas. Salary plus bonus position.
