We are looking to hire Line Cooks and Dishwashers for our soon to be opening Wilmington NC restaurant. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have strong communication skills, and be looking to further their culinary career.
Additional responsibilities include
Working line stations including: pantry, grill, fry, sauté & oyster shucking.
Working cleanly and efficiently in an open kitchen.
Maintaining high standards of food quality and professionalism during busy services.
Pay: to be determined based on experience
Schedule: Evenings, closed Sundays
Benefits: 401K eligible
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience and Qualifications:
2+ years high level restaurant experience.
Proficient food and knife handling skills.
Serve-Safe certification or willingness to obtain one.
Availability for nights and weekends.
