Village Cafe in Hampstead is a full service Cafe located in rapidly growing Hampstead, just North of Wilmington. We serve a rapidly changing demographic population and are looking to grow and change with them. Currently we offer casual service during lunch and a slightly elevated level of service for dinner. It is time for us to polish our act as our food offerings and clients become more refined and we continue to set ourselves apart from our competition. Seeking part time or full time waitstaff team members who share our goal of providing a high level of product and service. Please have polished skills and real experience in full table service. My waitstaff has a very very high hourly rate due to a very very appreciative customer base who are eager for top tier service. We have a small team and insist that any new team member actually care about the work and clients we serve daily. We have a long view here at Village Cafe and are positioning ourselves to remain THE choice in Hampstead for a great experience.
