Responsibilities:
-Prepares, seasons, and cooks menu items for service to customers.
-Inspects and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
-Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
-Seasons, Preps and cookâs food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience.
-Observe and check foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
-Basic line set up and line preparation for service.
-Consults with supervisory staff to ensure daily needs are met to run flawless services.
-Obtains basic knowledge of all menu items to help guests with questions when asked.
-Maintain a stocked line with ingredients needed to run service.
-Maintain a happy and friendly attitude to help guests always feel welcome.
-The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Monitoring
-Coordination
-Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience:
-Beginner to Intermediate Line Experience
