While we don't believe in Unicorns, we are looking for one. We need a talented, energetic, outgoing unicorn that believes they can do anything and has a track record of achievements to back it up, both personal and professional.
Our unicorn will have the ability to explore for new solutions, eliminate the ones that don't work and promote ones that do. Our unicorn will have the ability to read minds and anticipate needs. (ok maybe not a mind reader, that would be scary, but you get the idea) Our unicorn will work to get the task done even if it means working till 5:01, sometimes till 5:02. Our unicorn will consider the mundane, a nuisance and eradicate it through automation and outsourcing. Our unicorn will create an AI that will eliminate the position entirely and then ask for a promotion.
