Busy Mental Health Practice is seeking an energetic individual for Part-Time Office Assistant.
Individual must be able to multi-task and possess a positive and friendly attitude. This is a part time position with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Medical office experience is preferred. Qualified, interested candidates should submit their resume and references for review.
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
greeting patients, scheduling, patient co-pay and payment collection, chart prep, chart auditing, insurance verification, appointment confirmation, check -in and check -out duties, data entry, and medical records.
