We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our crew as an Entry-Level Grounds Worker. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting daily tree service operations. No prior experience is required — we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized
Assist the crew with daily tree service operations
Follow instructions and safety procedures at all times
Support team members to ensure jobs run smoothly

Operating saws and other equipment

Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required)
Experience in tree work, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation
