Residential home in Ash, NC in need of an extra hand to assist homeowner (who is an electrical contractor and GC) in remodel and general property upkeep. 15-30 hours/week between the hours of 9:30a - 5ish M-F
Experience with any of the items listed below is not required but is helpful, just looking for someone that is dependable and has good work ethic. Please note location before applyingPlease send resume, if you don't have one at least respond with a list of experience.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Property Upkeep: such as mowing the lawn, clearing drains, weeding, etc.
- Demo: Next project remodel kitchen, After that redo siding on the home, back deck, front porch, bedrooms
- Painting: Staining TnG for the ceilings, interior walls, etc.
- Installing: TNG on the ceilings, hardwood flooring, plumbing
