We are looking to add an experienced persons with general handyman/ property maintenance skills. Residential Renovations has served Wilmington and surrounding areas, for over 25 years. All applicants that would like to be considered must comply with the following:
- Handyman skills are a must. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and general home maintenance are required.
- Background check: Applicants with burglary/ larceny, violent or sex crime offenses will NOT be considered.
- A valid NC driver’s license. (Any out of state applicants must have DL and auto registration transferred to NC, prior to applying).
- Reliable transportation (your own, personal vehicle - insured). Truck or van preferred. This is a construction position and you may be expected to work independently.
- A willingness to learn and progress as a team.
- Basic hand tools (power tools are a plus).
