Family in Wilmington, NC, needs a caretaker for a large private dwelling.
One or two day per week, flexible hours and days. Part time.
Gardening, planting, raking, lawn mowing, pruning, watering, sweeping, dog walking.
Some window cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, organizing, laundry, folding.
Experience with landscaping, basic carpentry, tree work, basic construction, and "handyman" skills would be a big plus.
