An established Landscaping Company in Wilmington is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our team!
Requirements:
At least 3 years previous experience in landscape maintenance and preferably 2 years experience as a Crew Leader
Must be an expert at running all types of landscape maintenance equipment
Must be fully capable of leading a crew to complete each days work in the time given
Must have a valid NC drivers license with a clean driving record
Compensation is $18-$20 an hour based on experience. Benefits include weekly paychecks, (we do not hold checks) 40 hour workweek plus some overtime year round, Year end bonus program, paid holidays and we will be offering Health Insurance in 2019.
