We are a legitimate, 5 star, cleaning company that is looking to hire individuals that are beyond perfectionists, hardworking, caring, and punctual. We need solid employees that know their stuff and that know how to provide detailed cleaning work, as well as, minor organizing, and staging of bed linens, decorative pillows, blankets, etc.
You will be trained according to our standards, which are rigorous, and therefore will be paid accordingly. Our pay is well above market value here in Wilmington and is more than a livable wage. Cleaning is hard work and you should be paid for said work!
In order to be considered as a candidate, you must have top-notch references and cleaning experience. We will not settle for less, it is vastly important to us to maintain our 5 star rating. We will provide you with the necessary training, as mentioned above, as well as, provide you with eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. In addition, you will be given a proper company uniform that you will wear on the days that you are cleaning for us.
Hours, days, and location will vary! We are looking for individuals that can work weekends, weekdays, or a combination of the two. Please note, that initially you will be provided with part-time hours; however, more hours will be given so long as you receive SOLID, 5 STAR ratings from our clients.
This is not a private contractor position, this is an employment opportunity and possibly a full time position with our highly reputable cleaning company. You will be provided with above average pay, flexible schedule, bonuses, and paid holidays off (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Years Day).

PAY:
STARTING AT $15/HR OR MORE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, AFTER 30 DAYS YOU WILL BE INCREASED CONTINGENT UPON CLIENT REVIEWS!
