Looking for a team player to assist the Maintenance Manager at a 117 unit brick townhouse community. Must have good communication skills, some maintenance experience very helpful, turning units for new tenant, breaking down units at move outs, ability to paint, caulk, light plumbing, installing LVP flooring, general repairs.
