Part-time Custodian job needed in a Wilmington office building.
Office is located on Cardinal Drive off of Market Street in Wilmington, NC.
Hours:
Monday-Friday = 5pm-7:30pm
Duties:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in restrooms, labs, offices, meeting rooms, and hallways.
Dusting furniture, dusting wall fixtures, and cleaning interior glass in restrooms, labs, offices, meeting rooms, and hallways.
Pulling trash.
Restocking paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and toilet-seat covers.
Requirements:
No criminal record in last 7 years.
No larceny or violent crime on record.
Your own reliable transportation.
