Part time custodian needed in Leland office building located on Waterford Way.
Hours:
Monday = 5pm-8pm
Wednesday = 5pm-8pm
Friday = 5pm-8pm
Duties (including but not limited to):
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, and polishing furniture in offices, halls, meeting rooms, and lobby.
Sweeping, mopping, cleaning sinks and countertops, and restocking supplies in breakroom and restrooms.
Cleaning urinals, toilets, and mirrors in restrooms.
Collecting trash from all serviced areas and taking it to dumpsters.
Cleaning glass on entry doors and walls in elevator.
Requirements:
No felony record.
No misdemeanor record involving theft or violence in last 7 years.
Ability to reliably show up to work and perform custodial responsibilities with minimal supervision.
