I need a part-time (24 to 32 hours a week, 40 hours is also possible) semi-experienced helper for a home improvement project involving some finish carpentry, painting (interior and exterior), and light plumbing. I'm going to be pouring some flatwork concrete, so any experience with that would be helpful. A bit of wallboard to hang and finish. Some hardscaping and some hand grading are necessary. If hired, this work is expected to last approximately 3 months. You'll need a tool belt, a clawhammer, and a tape measure. Battery tools would be a benefit.
