I'm looking for a semi-skilled laborer to help me with the finishing touches of a house remodel. This person must be able to understand and follow instructions, be able to read a tape measure correctly, and use power tools safely and responsibly. Must be willing to perform outdoor work including hand grading, hardscape installation, and landscaping. Indoor finishing work will include trim installation, caulking, painting, and other general tasks associated with a whole house remodel. Working unsupervised will be required from time to time.
This is a temporary position to start immediately which will most likely last two months give or take.
$18 per hour to start, with an opportunity for an increase based on demonstrated skill level and first week's performance.
Reliable transportation to and from the job location is required and a full day's work is expected.
