Local small business is in search of a Team Lead for a Landscape maintenance crew for immediate hire. Work schedule is a standard 40 hours per week throughout the year. Starting pay at $22.00 per hour with room to grow. Qualified applicants will have the following:
>Minimum 3 years Local (Coastal South) landscape experience with grass, shrubs, trees, flowers
-Knowledge of various turf varieties and standard practices for each
-Knowledge of various shrubs and proper pruning techniques and timing
-Knowledge of using and maintaining all associated Landscape Equipment
>Minimum 2 years of Managing a Landscape Crew of 4 or more
>Top Notch communication with Customers, staff, and management
>Excellent work ethic to ensure optimal performance of team
>Professional attitude and appearance at all times
>Valid Drivers License and ability to drive a Truck & Trailer
>Willingness and Openness to help as needed on different crews and different tasks.
>Plusses but not required: Irrigation experience / Pesticide knowledge / Bilingual / Business apptitudes
Standard work week of 40 hours Monday through Friday year-round. Must have social security card. Weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit. Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off available.
