Work duties to include measuring, scaling and tagging logs; drilling samples from logs; Open and close 40' container doors and inspecting loaded 40' containers. May include inputting log inventory into handheld computer. Other tasks as needed.
No cell phones allowed on the job.
No experience required, we will train on the job.
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work well with other team members.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Must wear PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, safety shirt/vest, hard/steel toe shoes.
Job requires climbing ladder and/or working on scaffolding.
Some overtime hours may be required.
Candidates must pass a criminal background check and submit to pre-employment drug test. The first 90 days of employment will be a probationary period to assess candidate's ability to perform the job.
