Music minister, using discernment, and anointing of the Holy Spirit,
will lead the congregation in worship through music creating an environment for the Lord to dwell.
Responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Music Ministry for Seaside Chapel.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead congregation in worship, directed by the Holy Spirit, through music during all applicable services.
2. Development and implementation of all music programs to include: a. Determining music to be used in each service. Coordinating with the Pastor.
3. Community Outreach - providing music for any community outreach and acting as representatives of both God and the church.
4. Coordinate and develop instrumental talent for use in worship.
5. Conduct praise team practice sessions. Providing leadership and development of talent.
6. Coordinate special musical events, concerts.
7. Provide support and participation in church wide activities.
8. Represent the Seaside Chapel in the community event.
