Edge Landscaping Inc. headquartered in Wilmington, NC is seeking a quality individual to act as our Operations Coordinator. The primary function of this position will be to coordinate scheduling of ongoing business activities between the Account Services Team and our Production Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Aid in the management of workflow process
Input projects, estimates and customer requests into our Scheduling System
Act as the single point of contact for Scheduling System activities
Monitor and adjust production schedules in real time
Review crew activity throughout the day
Use reporting function of our Scheduling System to inform the management team of crew/job efficiency
Assist our Controller with other business administration activities
Requirements:
1 year minimum business or customer service experience
Above average computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
Excellent problem solving skills and a solution focus mind set
Landscaping and or construction industry experience is very helpful
Valid driverâs license
Full time availability
Self-motivated and a competitive mindset
Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills & professionalism
Must be able to work confidently with a variety of personalities
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation is based on experience and ultimately job performance. Starting pay is $12/hr negotiable. There are lots of opportunities to advance and grow with this position.
