At Coastal Urge we are a fun, beach inspired Mens , Women's and kids lifestyle clothing company- in need of an outstanding individual to fulfill a opening for an assistant store manager position at our Bald Head Island NC location. Position starts March 13
Our ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality, possess several years of proven fashion expertise, retail management experience, strong sales history, a positive can-do attitude and a genuine desire to represent our brand and make our customers happy!
Minimum five (2) years of experience in retail Sales or management
Familiarity with specialty retail lifestyle Brands
The ability to work 40 hrs per week at the store
Visual merchandising
Inventory management
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Store Operations a must
Various point-of-sale systems
Computer savvy (Microsoft Suite) IPAD
