Contact potential customers (office administrator) of various office or medical buildings to propose, quote and obtain contracts for our janitorial cleaning services. Maybe property managing or realtor experience would be a plus? If possible, over 45 years old will be good? Meet customers only 1 or 2 days a week. Can work stay home.
