Muscle Max Gym in Leland, NC is looking for a new team member! We are looking for a passionate, experienced, customer-service oriented employee who knows his or her way around a weight room and gym.
This is a part-time position working varied hours, some evenings, days and weekends. Would determine a fixed schedule once hired. Free gym membership included!
Job responsibilities:
Provide assistance to members and answer inquiries about gym operations and policies.
Perform various administrative duties such as signing up new members and showing them how to use their 24-hour card, providing tours of the gym and answering all basic questions.
Ensure that the gym overall is clean and exercise equipment is clean, well-maintained, and re-racked at all times.
Closely monitor sanitation stations replenishing spray sanitizer, paper towels and hand sanitizer.
Periodically vacuum the floor, wipe down the equipment, keep trash cans emptied, paper dispensers full and cleaning wipe containers filled.
Monitor areas to ensure that maximum customer capacity is not exceeded in the gym.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a gym or weight room facility and has good computer skills. Experience with specialized software programs and fitness training is a plus.
