We are looking for a carpenters helper that will work with a team of carpenters on framing, siding and renovations on Figure 8 Island, Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. This position may lead into a drivers position with a company truck.
If you are young, healthy, strong and enjoy the reward of hard work and accomplishing something everyday, you enjoy working outside and are eager to learn skills for a rewarding career then this job is a good start. This job is not for the weak that would rather sit inside and stare at a phone or computer. We're looking for tough and rugged individuals that can work all day and still have what it takes to be there for a family and friends.
Minimum Requirements:
Clean driving record
Transportation - You must have a vehicle you can use all day everyday to travel to different job sites. Company truck may come later.
Tools - Two nail bags, hammer, speed square, chisel, chalk line, nail set, razor knife, nippers, impact driver and bits. The more tools you have to more you make.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
