Minimum Qualifications
Must have references, photos, and / or addresses of completed projects.
Must be experienced & certified using heavy equipment; Man Lifts / Skytrack, scaffolding.
Must be experienced & understand reading plans / shop drawings.
Crew Forman shall have or willing to obtain a 10 Hour OSHA card- 30 Hour card preferred.
Crew Forman will help enforce Baker safety regulations daily.
Crew Forman will communicate with Baker PM daily on progress via pictures.
Sub Contractor will invoice every Monday for work completed the week prior.
Sub Contractor must be in compliance with all GL / WC Insurance per Baker requirements.
Must have own tools, ladders, safety equipment for daily work conditions.
Baker will provide heavy equipment for the agreed duration of each project.
