Electrician Helper Position - Immediate
We have an exciting position available for the position of Electrician Helper. The helper will assist the electrician with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, appliances and equipment.
Some of the tasks an electrician helper might perform include:
Measuring and cutting: Using hand tools and measuring instruments to measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
Drilling: Drilling holes for electrical hookups
Tracing short circuits: Using a test meter to trace short circuits in wiring
Examining electrical units: Checking for loose connections and broken insulation
Cleaning: Cleaning work areas, machines, tools, and equipment
Supplying tools: Keeping electricians supplied with materials, tools, and supplies
Replacing: Replacing defective light switches, plugs, and lighting fixtures
Transporting: Transporting tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to the work site
