Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential.
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Follow electrical code, manuals, and blueprints to ensure compliance and quality workmanship
- Mentor and train junior electricians to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- No experience necessary - we provide on-the-job training for entry-level positions
- Electrical license preferred, but not required for entry-level positions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
