This is Hands-On SHOVEL & RAKE work: There is not enough room for excavator or other machines. 1 or 2 workers needed, NO Crew Chiefs, this is hands on work, must work effectively unsupervised, must have transportation. Excavate trenches for grade beams, 250' length x 20" wide x 18" deep, soil is mostly sand with some debris & roots. Also, repair silt fence, grade with rake & shovel, spread seed and straw. Hourly wage based on experience and ability; respond with your experience, physical ability and expected wage. Your response is your interview, "I'll do it" and similar responses will be ignored. An hour or two on a shovel will break a lot of workers, I will not come back early to pay you if you have to quit; don't overestimate yourself when gauging ability and compensation. I speak enough spanish to get by, and can pay cash at end of each day.
