Responsibilities:
-Execute framing to finish work with precision and attention to detail.
-Lead and mentor a team of carpenters to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
-Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
-Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate tasks effectively.
-Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
-Ideal employee has several years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on remodeling and renovation (framing, siding, finish carpentry in particular).
-Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
