Duties:
Perform repairs, maintenance, and services on restaurant equipment, including residential air conditioning and heating systems.
Check, repair, maintain, and install new kitchen equipment, air conditioning and heating systems, etc.Perform preventative maintenance on existing systems.
Test new HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
Maintain a clean work area.
Follow all safety regulations.
Also
Regularly and proactively inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures and outlets, kitchen equipment and the buildings for preventative measures
Make repairs as necessary and take on-call emergencies and weekend shifts when scheduled
Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC refrigeration equipment and motors, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, heat exchangers, ductless heat pumps, air handlers and blowers. EPA Universal certification required.

Pay: $25.51 - $30.73 per hour
