We are seeking a skilled and versatile Sign Maker/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with power and hand tools, capable of working at heights and on ladders, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, have problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 1-2 years experience in the sign industry, knowledge of Adobe Suite and experience with table work and vinyl installation is a plus, but not required! We love to pour into our staff! Qualifications:-Prefer you to be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have the ability to create designs- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for sign fabrication.-Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.-Ability to dig post holes and mount signs.- Comfortable working at heights, including using ladders and scaffolding.- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work with vinyl materials, including vinyl cutting and application techniques.- Experience with low-voltage LED lighting, soldering, and assembly is a strong plus.- Strong creative design skills and an eye for detail.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights and in sign production.- At least 1-2 years of experience in sign making or a related field is preferred.Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
