Job Superintendent- At least 5 years experience managing all aspects of sitework to include but not limited too. Clearing, Erosion, Bulk grading, Fien Grading, Utilities, Concrete, and Asphalt. GPS experience a plus but not required. Must have knowledge of blue prints, staking, and local specifications. Manage foreman and crews to be productive and safe in all operations. Ability to schedule work 3 weeks ahead with general superintendents. Salary, Truck, Phone, and Computer provided.
Grade Foreman - At least 2 years experience managing a crew performing erosion, bulk grading, and fine grading. Knowledge of gps and local specifications a plus. Ability to read blue prints and staking to build projects per plan and schedule. Salary, Truck, Phone, and Computer provided.
Utility Foreman - At least 2 years experience managing a crew installing water, sewer, and storm drain. Ability to read blue prints and staking to ensure utilities are installed correctly. Work along with superintendents to meet productions while maintaining safety at all times. Salary, Truck, Phone, and Computer provided.
Heavy Equipment Operators needed for the following positions.
Motorgrader - Fine Grade only
Dozer - Fine Grade only. GPS experience a plus.
Excavator - Grading and Utilities
Loader - Utilities
Also hiring pipelayers, tail men, and laborers.
