I need good guys for what is becoming a rapidly growing operation in the region, who are willing to travel after this project and learn how to put together a Starbucks. We install the Casework, Corian, Trim, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment and a project typically lasts 10 days. The project you will be working on to start is located in Whiteville with numerous projects through out the southeast on the slate after that. Candidates need to me familiar with commercial projects and the principles of carpentry (how to use a saw, drill, etc), own the basics (no need for a huge chop saw/table saw), and have a reliable vehicle. There are many more projects coming up and we want someone who wants to learn.

Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and resourceful carpenter and self starter to assist us with the casework setup, finish carpentry, furniture, fixtures and equipment setup and installation. THOSE EXPERIENCED IN ADAPTABLE CASEWORK OR CORIAN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY AND NOTIFY US OF THIS UP FRONT. This role will involve nationwide travel to various sites to install Adaptable metal casework systems, Corian solid surfaces, Trim packages , Accessories and Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and fine-tune adaptable casework systems, Corian solid surfaces, trim, furniture, displays, and restroom accessories.
Execute precise on-site modifications to ensure installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adapt to varying project requirements and site conditions, offering creative solutions to installation challenges.
Maintain a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in casework and Corian installations, with a strong portfolio of projects involving trim, custom furniture, displays, and restroom accessories. (Preferred not required)
Familiarity with metal casework systems used in Starbucks or similar retail settings. (Preferred not required)
Extensive willingness to travel and adapt to new environments and project sites across the country.
Proficiency with construction tools and a deep understanding of installation techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with project managers and other installation professionals.
Physical capability to perform manual tasks, lift materials, and work in various conditions.
