We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a safe driving record. Immediately looking for 1099 delivery drivers and driver who are looking to make extra income. This is a great position for people who need flexible hours.
Our delivery window duration time for each pick up time is UP TO 6 -8 hours from the time of pick up.
Driver uses their own vehicle and uses own required equipment such as a, cell phone & GPS etc. Compensation is a % of the delivery ticket cost. What drivers make mostly depends on how available and motivated they are. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
This job requires drivers to drive locally and out of town deliveries usually no more than 150 miles from Wilmington NC
We are hiring drivers who are dependable, neat in appearance, motivated, has a professional attitude and who has great time- management skills, good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is preferred but not required.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving items as required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
